Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 1.932 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 56.18%. This performance exceeded market expectations, marking a significant improvement in the company's profitability.
A highlight of this semi-annual report is the high-growth trend across all key financial indicators. While revenue grew rapidly, the growth rate of net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company exceeded that of revenue, indicating an improvement in the quality of the company's earnings. Net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.809 billion yuan, with a remarkable year-on-year increase of 69.66%, strongly reflecting the growth momentum of the company's main business. From the perspective of operational quality, the company's net cash flow from operating activities for the first half of the year was 1.297 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.04%, indicating that the company's profitability is well-supported by cash. The weighted average return on equity was 8.61%, an increase of 2.57 percentage points year-on-year, suggesting continuous improvement in the efficiency of using its own capital and enhanced asset profitability.
Regarding major events, Sanshuan Group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 9, 2026, completing its dual listing in both the A-share and H-share markets. This move not only broadened the company's financing channels but also helped enhance its influence in international capital markets. During the reporting period, the company also successfully completed the election of its board of directors, with the 12th board formally commencing its duties, and completed the appointment of senior management, ensuring a stable transition in corporate governance structure.
Notably, starting from this semi-annual report, Sanshuan Group has unified the preparation of financial reports according to Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and no longer separately engages overseas audit firms. This change aims to improve the efficiency and consistency of information disclosure, facilitating comparative analysis for investors. The company's equity structure remained stable, with 127,113 ordinary shareholders as of the end of the reporting period. The controlling shareholder, Chaozhou Sanjiang Investment Co., Ltd., held a stake of 33.67%, and the actual controller did not change.
Looking ahead, Sanshuan Group has laid a solid foundation for full-year development with its strong semi-annual performance. Following the completion of its dual listing, the company's capital strength and brand influence have been enhanced, positioning it for continued investment in technology research and development and market expansion. Considering the strong growth momentum of the company's main business, improved earnings quality, and stable corporate governance, the market maintains optimistic expectations for Sanshuan Group's subsequent business performance. However, the sustainability of this growth will still depend on market conditions and the execution of the company's strategy in the second half of the year.
