Yadea Holdings has recently announced that it will acquire 100% equity of King Arrow Technology for 1.02 billion RMB in cash. This acquisition is expected to be formally completed after all preconditions are met, at which point King Arrow Technology will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Yadea. The transaction will be fully funded from Yadea's internal resources.
King Arrow Technology Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers. The company has production bases in Tianjin, Wuxi, and Guangdong. Its products primarily target the county and township sinking markets as well as active food delivery riders, earning it the industry nickname 'food delivery magic car.' King Arrow Technology has established differentiated product advantages and a stable customer base among food delivery riders.
According to the financial data disclosed in the announcement, King Arrow Technology's business scale has expanded rapidly in recent years. As of December 31, 2024, its total consolidated assets were approximately 829.4 million RMB; by the same period in 2025, this figure had grown to approximately 1.2485 billion RMB. Its net assets (book value) also increased from approximately 177.5 million RMB at the end of 2024 to approximately 331.6 million RMB at the end of 2025, indicating strong growth momentum.
At the technical level, King Arrow Technology independently developed the intelligent dual-chip 2.0 system. This system integrates seven safety technologies covering key components such as batteries, motors, and controllers, aiming to enhance vehicle performance and safety. This technological accumulation is one of the important assets Yadea values.
For Yadea Holdings, this acquisition means further enhancement of its product matrix and market coverage. King Arrow Technology's deep penetration into the niche market of food delivery riders and sinking channels complements Yadea's existing market layout, which is expected to strengthen Yadea's overall market competitiveness.
From an industry perspective, this transaction reflects the consolidation trend in the electric two-wheeler market. Leading companies are acquiring key technologies, mature channels, and niche market shares through mergers and acquisitions to solidify their leading positions. Through this acquisition, Yadea has further consolidated its status as an industry leader.
Looking ahead, after King Arrow Technology is integrated into the Yadea system, it is expected to gain stronger support from brand, capital, and R&D resources. This will not only facilitate the further development of King Arrow's original business but also drive Yadea's deeper expansion into broader markets, particularly in sinking markets and the instant delivery sector.
Overall, Yadea's 1.02 billion yuan acquisition is a strategic deployment. It not only brings specific assets and businesses but, more importantly, gains deep insights and channel networks within specific user groups and regional markets, which is significant for应对future market competition.
