On September 12, Volkswagen Anhui's UNYX 08 SUV was officially refreshed and launched, with three models available, with a limited-time introductory price starting from 189,900 RMB. The new car comes standard with CATL batteries and 800V ultra-fast charging across the lineup, with a maximum CLTC combined range of up to 730 kilometers.
As a brand-new SUV launched by Volkswagen Anhui, the UNYX 08 has a body length of 5 meters and a wheelbase of over 3 meters, and offers 8 exterior colors including Twilight Tide Blue and Twilight Purple, as well as 3 interior themes: Midnight Black, Warm Beige, and Ice Crystal Blue. This launch provides consumers with new choices.
Specifically, the Pure version is equipped with an 82kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate battery, with a CLTC range of 630 kilometers, and a limited-time introductory price starting from 189,900 RMB; the Ultra Plus version is equipped with a 95kWh battery, with a range of 730 kilometers, and a limited-time promotional price starting from 219,900 RMB; the Max Plus version also comes with a 95kWh battery, with a range of 700 kilometers, and a limited-time promotional price starting from 249,900 RMB. All three models support the 800V high-voltage platform, and can charge from 10% to 80% in just 20 minutes.
In terms of intelligence, the UNYX 08 comes standard with dual Turing chips across the lineup, delivering computing power of 1500 TOPS, and is equipped with a VLA end-to-end large model full-scenario intelligent assisted driving system. Inside, it features a 15-inch dual screen for the driver and front passenger, a Qualcomm 8295P chip, a 20-speaker UNYXSOUND premium audio system, and crystal laser-engraved interactive lighting. In terms of safety and handling, matrix LED headlights and Brembo four-piston fixed calipers are standard.
The Ultra Plus and Max Plus versions further offer comfort features such as dual-chamber air suspension, DCC variable damping shock absorbers, AI intelligent chassis, magic carpet intelligent preview, full-vehicle silent power-closing doors, suede-wrapped headliner, Nappa leather seats, and 10-point pressure-relief massage for front seats. The Max Plus version also adds intelligent all-wheel drive, an intelligent dimming panoramic sunroof, and an intelligent fragrance system to meet the needs of different users.
From a market positioning perspective, the UNYX 08 enters the pure electric SUV market with a starting price of 189,900 RMB.
