On October 27, Faraday Future's official Weibo announced that FFR has completed the merger transaction with FFAI Robotics, and the related businesses and assets have been injected into FFR. The company issued and delivered the corresponding common stock and non-voting convertible preferred stock to FFAI as planned, and FFR was thereby listed on Nasdaq.
According to the announcement, FFR appointed Jia Yueting as CEO and Jerry Wang as Executive Chairman. This merger concentrates the robotics business and assets into a listed company platform. FFR said this marks its listing on Nasdaq.
FFR stated that the company has completed the first phase of the "Built in USA" acceleration plan and assembled FF Robot World 2.0. The company is accelerating the conversion of its first-mover advantage into competitive advantage. It will rely on the "Four-Core All-Intelligence" ecosystem, EAI technology advantages, and the technology route of "one brain, multiple forms; multiple forms, multiple capabilities" to build a leading Physical AI and robotics ecosystem platform in the United States.
FFR released its full-year 2026 performance guidance for the first time. For the robotics business, calculated on a standalone full-year 2026 basis, the company expects sales and shipments of robot bodies to be approximately 2,000 units. The company also plans to maintain positive gross profit.
Subject to obtaining the necessary financing, FFR expects 2027 revenue of approximately $45.2 million, of which EAI body core revenue is approximately $32.5 million, revenue from the other three-core ecosystem is approximately $12.7 million, and EAI body sales volume is approximately 7,400 units. The company cautions that the above forecasts are subject to uncertainty and are not a guarantee of future performance.
The five-year outlook shows that FFR targets cumulative revenue of approximately $1.98 billion, of which body core revenue is approximately $1.08 billion, revenue from the other three-core ecosystem is approximately $900 million, and cumulative sales volume of robot bodies is approximately 133,000 units. This target is likewise premised on the necessary financing.
Jia Yueting previously stated that FFR will become the first Pure-Play stock on the U.S. stock market for the "Four-Core All-Intelligence" humanoid and bionic EAI robotics ecosystem. The company aims to maintain a top-three comprehensive ranking in the EAI robotics industry within five years. He also proposed that it become one of the most valuable EAI companies in the Physical AI era.
