Omnichat, an AI-native marketing and customer experience platform, has raised US$10 million in Series A funding led by Openspace Capital. Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures also participated. The company will use the capital to scale its agentic AI platform and accelerate global expansion beyond Asia Pacific.
Brands increasingly seek automation inside chat apps rather than shared inboxes that only aggregate messages. Omnichat unifies marketing, sales and customer service on a single customer profile. It attributes revenue to conversations, including in-store purchases, across WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk and TikTok.
Omnichat’s Omni AI Agents, launched in 2026, cover marketing, sales and customer service. The AI Marketing Agent builds segments and generates campaigns from one prompt; the AI Sales Agent recommends products and closes orders in chat. The AI Customer Service Agent resolves enquiries 24/7, while OmniClaw tracks behavior, chat trends and store-level revenue in real time.
Adoption has been rapid. OmniClaw was taken up by around 300 brands within two months of its June launch, and Marketing Agent use tripled over the same period. Omnichat says it has helped 5,000 clients, including Dyson, FILA, Watsons and L’OCCITANE, generate more than US$100 million in revenue.
“This Series A marks an important step as we transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce,” said Alan Chan, founder and CEO. He said traditional messaging tools still need heavy human intervention, while Omni AI Agents can sell, market and support customers around the clock. Openspace, Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures will support that approach across APAC and globally.
Omnichat will use the funding to scale its global market presence from its Asia Pacific base. The company says its platform helps businesses grow revenue without growing headcount. Its next phase will test whether agentic AI can deliver measurable, round-the-clock commerce internationally.
