On October 30, Dongshan Precision officially disclosed its 2026 third-quarter report. The report shows that in the third quarter the company achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of RMB 2.332 billion, up 401.18% year on year. In the same period, it achieved operating revenue of RMB 17.582 billion, up 73.81% year on year. The single-quarter net profit growth rate far exceeded the revenue growth rate, and profit elasticity was significantly released.
From the overall performance of the first three quarters, the company's operating scale and profitability level jumped simultaneously. From January to September 2026, the company achieved total operating revenue of RMB 45.379 billion, up 67.63% year on year; net profit attributable to the parent company of RMB 5.289 billion, up 332.34% year on year; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 4.579 billion, up 327.48% year on year. Net cash flow from operating activities reached RMB 3.515 billion, up 19.32% year on year.
Profit quality indicators also improved significantly. During the reporting period, the company's weighted average return on net assets reached 22.08%, an increase of 15.91 percentage points over the same period last year; gross profit margin increased by approximately 7.49 percentage points year on year. Basic earnings per share and diluted earnings per share were both RMB 2.89, up 312.86% year on year. As of the end of the reporting period, the company's asset-liability ratio was 65.04%.
Public information shows that Dongshan Precision is a globally leading intelligent interconnection solution provider, mainly engaged in electronic circuits (PCB/FPC), optical modules (including optical chips), precision components, and optoelectronic display modules, with products and services covering consumer electronics, automotive, data centers, communications equipment, and other fields. The company is currently among the world's top three PCB suppliers and the world's second-largest FPC supplier.
The core driving force behind the high performance growth comes from its layout in AI computing hardware. Through the acquisition of Source Photonics, the company has entered the ranks of core global optical module suppliers and built a dual AI computing hardware structure of "optical modules + AI PCB". The performance in the first three quarters mainly benefited from the explosive growth of Source Photonics' optical module business and AI PCB business, and the overall performance exceeded market institutions' previous revenue expectations.
In the third quarter alone, the company's net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was RMB 2.099 billion, up 406.69% year on year; weighted average return on net assets was 9.2%; basic earnings per share was RMB 1.27, up 408% year on year. All single-quarter indicators continued the trend of rapid growth.
There was also important progress at the capital level. The company's H shares were listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 28, 2026, at an issue price of HK$86.80 per share, with a total of 113,783,200 H shares issued, providing capital support for expanding overseas financing channels and supporting optical module and AI PCB capacity expansion projects. As of the end of the reporting period, the company's construction in progress increased significantly year on year, and long-term borrowings increased simultaneously to match project capital expenditure needs.
As the construction of global AI computing infrastructure continues to advance, demand for optical modules and high-end PCBs is expected to remain strong. Relying on the dual-wheel drive structure of "optical modules + AI PCB" and the A+H dual-listing platform, Dongshan Precision's capacity expansion and order-taking capabilities may be further released, and its subsequent operating performance is worth watching.
