According to Business Insider on August 12, SpaceX founder Elon Musk announced at an all-hands meeting that the company will use internal employee data to train Grok AI, and said employees will become the 'parents of AI.' This decision marks SpaceX officially joining the AI gold rush, converting human resources into model training assets.
