US-listed spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds attracted $137 million on Wednesday, extending their daily inflow streak to three sessions. The gain lifted October’s net inflows to $111 million with two trading sessions remaining. The move pushed the month back into positive territory after a sharp stretch of withdrawals.

The three-day inflow total reached roughly $424 million, according to SoSoValue data. That rebound followed nearly $774 million in outflows over the final two trading days of the previous week. October’s cumulative flows had remained negative through Tuesday before the latest purchases.

The ETF rebound coincided with the Federal Reserve holding its benchmark interest rate unchanged at a target range of 3.75% to 4% on Wednesday. Fed Chair Kevin Warsh warned that inflation remained above the central bank’s 2% target. The decision offered limited new direction for crypto markets.

Bitcoin traded at $79,848 at the time of writing, down around 1% over the past 24 hours, according to CoinGecko. Market sentiment remained unchanged, with the Crypto Fear & Greed Index holding at 51, or “Neutral,” for a second consecutive day. The price action underscored how macro signals and risk appetite shape near-term trading.

Ether ETFs continued to see withdrawals, shedding another $21 million on Wednesday and bringing October’s net outflows to $1.35 billion. Ether traded at $2,310, down 1.7% over the past 24 hours. The divergence highlighted investor caution toward ETH products even as Bitcoin funds recovered.

Bitget analyst Lewis Huang said that with limited new direction from the Fed, Bitcoin’s near-term performance may depend more heavily on Treasury yields, dollar movements and broader risk sentiment. With two sessions left in October, investors will watch whether ETF inflows can hold and extend the month’s modest recovery. The coming days may test whether the rebound signals steadier demand or a short-lived bounce.
